With only a few days remaining before we move into our new HQ I wanted to give you another update on where we are at. Before I get into that I need to say how proud we are of our members. We have had so much help and support when needed for which we cannot thank you enough!!

WOW another week has flown by and the clock is quite literally ticking. We have made tremendous progress this week as you will see our current gym slowly emptying as the new HQ takes shape.

I wanted to share with you our first weekly update on the SFHQ and our exciting next chapter. As some of you are aware and others not, Soul Fighters HQ has taken the next big step in pushing ourselves and SFHQ to new levels. We’re moving and the new facility and your new home is going to be amazing!

As we get older and find more time in retirement or semi-retirement, we look for ways to fill our days. Maybe it’s a gym session or a nice walk, reading a book or a long lunch, maybe a new hobby.
